- Check the device name:
$ grep -A5 -E 'QIXIONG|ShanWan' /proc/bus/input/devices N: Name="QIXIONG PC Gamepad" P: Phys=usb-0000:2f:00.3-3/input0 S: Sysfs=/devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:08.1/0000:2f:00.3/usb5/5-3/5-3:1.0/0003:2563:0526.0008/input/input14 U: Uniq= H: Handlers=event5 js0 B: PROP=0

Fix deadzone by creating udev rule
/etc/udev/hwdb.d/61-r808.hwdbwith content:evdev:name:*QIXIONG* EVDEV_ABS_00=:::0:0The evdev name should match with the device name.
-
Reload udev rule:
sudo systemd-hwdb update sudo udevadm control --reload-rules sudo udevadm trigger -
Use the native version of ETS2 (not proton version) and disable Steam Input in ETS2 game:

Done.
